Welcome to my website. This site hopefully
will keep my friends and family up to date on recent events, and a few not so recent. I'll do my best to update info on a
regular basis. My last marathon was the New York City in November of 2003, but am still running on a regular basis. Am hoping
to get back in training for another marathon or half marathon this year. Since relocating to Haymarket VA in October 2002,
and jumping ship from the US Postal Service in 2003, I have worked at my alma mater George Mason University as the Operations
Manager of the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center in Prince William County. http://www.freedom-center.com/
Haymarket is a small historic town about 35 miles west of Washington DC and a short drive further on to the Blue Ridge
Mountains and the Shenandoah Valley.
